Most unempathetic people I’ve ever come across in my life. I have no idea how these people have jobs still. During my whole visit they made me feel like a nuisance and bother everytime I asked for something simple, and sent my home limping and still sick out of my mind. They sent my visitors home without telling me and didn’t have any reason for sending them out. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I took my two year old daughter here because she was having signs of rhabdo- it happens with her metabolic condition- I came into ER showed them her emergency care papers.. which they DIDNT FOLLOW… they tried 4 times to get an iv into my daughter arm with her screaming in pain.. they eventually just walk out…I step out and ask what the next step is because my daughter will decline very fast.. the doctor then looks at me and says “ I think you should step out and l... read more

All the staff at the hospital was incredibly friendly. However, the lack of detail during my son’s visit was concerning. We brought my 14 month old in for a fever that was not responsive to Tylenol or Motrin. When he was first weighed his approximate weight was 39lbs at his 12 month appointment he was just above 25lbs so I thought that was strange. He was tested for rsv, flu, covid and UTI. Do not take your children here. 4 hour wait for a 3 year old who couldn't walk, sit, no appetite and not sleeping good. 1 hour wait from the time ED told us what they were going to do for him. Trainer nurse and RN didn't listen to ED and decided to throw 4 syringes full of medicine down a 3 year old who just got woken up, that hasn't slept or eaten. I would leave zero stars if it were an option. My daughter was running a fever on Friday of 103. I immediately took her to the ER to address her fever. The guy that did intake was completely unbothered. He did not seem to care at all and then we get back and they gave her Tylenol to start reducing her fever, which was the only good thing they did. They tested her for strep, rsv, flu and COVID, all were negative. They then wanted to do a chest x-ray even though she wasn't showing any signs of distress and wanted to cath my ch... read more
