I was disappointed that the apartment complex requires the $50 trash fee to be paid together with the rent. I asked if I could pay the rent first and the trash fee later, but they said it wasn’t allowed. This policy made it difficult for me to pay my rent on time.

Don't move here! Management is unprofessional and is threatening residents with legal action for noise complaints that they provide ZERO evidence of. Pretty much targeting people they dont like because they are being called out on their incompetence. Too much of a headache for nasty, dirty, Black mold infested apartments
