Great Apartments! They have a great proximity to the square and all you would need around Murfreesboro. The staff is also amazing, always willing to help and answer any questions. The apartments and their amenities are also great! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere to live!
I do not personally live here but I am a life-long resident of Rutherford Co. This is one of the best places to live! Great community, nice floorplans with good amenities, affordable, safe. The staff is unbelievable! I recommend Landmark to everyone.
I've lived here for almost two years now. Maintenance is way better since the management change, but the office staff? Not so much. I tried to ask the property manager some rent questions, but her assistant wouldn't let me talk to her. The assistant just gave short answers, like she couldn't care less. I love the apartment itself—it's great—but the office is a pain. If you're thinking of renting here, just know, you might not get to talk to the property manager!
