Has been a wonderful experience. Any maintenance requests are completed quickly. Office staff are super friendly and willing to help. Nice apartments, nice grounds. Pool is great, hot tub being fixed. Will probably be re-signing.
I have lived in the same apartment for almost four years, and I have been happy with my experience at Landmark Apartments. I have always felt safe, and I have not had any major problems with my unit. The amenities are nice, especially the pool in the summer and the package lockers. The maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful and respond to any maintenance request quickly. There is a manager here who, whenever we request maintenance, seems interested only in charging the residents and behaves in a discriminatory manner. I informed them that my washing machine had broken down; for weeks, they kept telling me that they would fix it "next week," yet no one ever showed up. Eventually, they gave me a key to another apartment so I could do my laundry. Now, however, they want the key back—so where am I supposed to go with my clothes and my children's clothes?
I’ve been staying here for almost a full year and it’s been amazing! 🤞🏼I love the pool and the fact I have a spacious patio.
