Update: I still love my apartment however the office staff is almost impossible to get a hold of. I’m not always able to stop into the office due to my schedule so I leave voicemails or send emails and hardly ever get a reply. If you catch them in person they are the sweetest but catching them another time is next to impossible. I have only lived here a few months and have absolutely loved it. Updating my review post move out. I spent 2.5 years at Landmark, and I just want to shout out the staff. Especially Sean and Maria, assistant manager and maintenance. Both are extremely friendly and welcoming. Any issues I ever had were resolved quickly and completely. Apartments are well taken care of. Great location about a mile from MTSU's campus and close to shopping and restaurants. Overall I had a great experience here.
I’ve been a resident at the landmark for two years now. An when I say I absolutely hate where I live it . Management is constantly changing rules are changing prices are constantly going up . And for what reason when you have mold in your apartment that ruined two buckets full of clothes that you had to trash . Washer and dryers barely work. Landmark Apartments is the worst choice of apartments you could make. I have been a resident of this place for 3 years and never had worse experiences as a renter. The management is constantly changing. You never know who will be "in charge" from year to year, and they do not care about the residents. The noise is loud. The walls are thin. The rent gets higher and higher for small floor plans with subpar appliances; don't let the renovations fool you. Clean, well maintained, and fantahhhstic, location. Maintenance and the office staff are very attentive, responsive, and go the extra mile to make the community a great place to live.
