Amenities are great and so are the staff! I ran into one of the guys working (I think his name is Blake) and he was very kind! One of the best apartments!
Landmark staff is very friendly and accommodating. You can tell they enjoy working there and helping residents. It’s nice having the parcel lockers, as well as ample parking. We had to file a noise complaint on a neighbor one time, but it was handled the same day, and hasn’t been an issue since! For apartment living, this place is exceptional.
Absolutely love this complex! The amenities are fantastic, maintenance is always so fast, and the complex employees are so wonderful (especially Neha)! I highly recommend living here!
I absolutely LOOOVE living here! Perfect mix of home and comfort and such a great location in terms of shopping and distance to the city! Especially wanted to call out Neha Z (property manager I believe) because she is truly the best! So accommodating, lovely, and answers all my questions! Great place to live for singles, couples, families , or anything in between!
My unit was infested with black mold so badly that it was eating away at the wood. They didn't want to move us until we threatened legal action and since then we've had struggles with fair assessment and retaliation disguised as 'rules that have always been there'. Management is terrible but other than that the apartment is nice, spacious and the community is great.
