If I could give zero stars!!!!!! These apartments are way over priced. Almost nothing works. I have had a leak in my apartment since I moved in and their so called maintenance people come out but don’t fix the problem. Most of the time you have to put in multiple requests for someone to even come out. No mailbox, lol all the mail goes to the leasing office so good luck trying to get your mail. The office is almost always closed…… so that means if you are expecting packages or something important send it to someone else house... read more
Awful place was decent prior to current management, then it all fell apart. The cheaper rent was no longer cheap and is overpriced compared to everything around them, while also lacking facilities. As another person has said, get all communications in writing or recorded calls. Expect maintenance to be ignored.
Anything you talk to the revolving door of management about, get it in writing.
