Student Movers, Inc. is a Colorado Corporation formed in 1974. We have been family owned since our inception. Our original home was on Blake Street in lower downtown Denver. Student Movers vacated the old warehouse in 1993 which was renovated and now anchors the northeast corner of Coors Field, home of the National League Colorado Rockies. Bad moving experience – We hired Student Movers to pack ABF U-pack trailers for a move from Denver to Atlanta and partially pack the remaider of our household goods into boxes for the move. They did a good job packing up the household goods into boxes, but did a horrible job of packing the trailers for the move. When the trailers were unloaded at our Atlanta house many items were damaged due to poor loading of the truck. I don't see my change back!!! – We used them for moving into our new house two month ago. I told them our apartment were small and we were gonna move a lot of the small things by ourselves. We did 6 car loads on our own so that we could save because we are house poor. Nonetheless, on the day of our move, they sent in a huge truck. Our stuff filled less than 1/3 of that truck. Wonderful Experience! – These guys were great! They were prompt, super fast and very professional. We definitely got our money's worth- I have heard horror stories about movers but these guys were nothing but pros. They did not try to milk their time even though they are paid hourly- they were very speedy and efficient so we got the best deal. I will be using them again the next time we move and would recommend them to anybody.
The best moving company I have ever worked with. – I did 2 moves with them and I have very expensive furniture and they took their time & made sure that everything was wrapped & moved without any damage. I really liked the movers that I worked with as they took the time to listen to my wants and needs and made sure that they excited all of them. Final price was below the estimate they gave me – In trying to find a good moving company, I read the reviews here and decided to give Student Movers a shot. Turns out... they ROCK! I called for the estimate, they asked some questions and explained the process, then gave me a range (not a big one) and told me what could affect the final cost. Very informative and nice. First, the represenatives of your company who spoke with us setting up the move were professional, polite, and responsible. good move! – they arrived on time and moved all my stuff lickety split...since this is the first time I have ever used movers I was blown away! They moved everything so quick. I am never using my neighbors pick-up truck again.
