I was disappointed with my experience with RN Stacy and Dr. Slovak. They were pleasant and courteous, but I felt that my symptoms were not taken seriously. I was advised to rest + take DayQuil but my condition did not improve over the following days. I eventually sought care at another medical office, where my symptoms were properly evaluated and I was diagnosed and prescribed REAL medication. Rude staff, terrible providers, and long wait times even if you show up on time for your appointment. I came in for a pregnancy test, but the lab “forgot” to submit my urine sample test for testing. So, I had to take time out of my day to come in for another pregnancy test. Now, I can’t get my medication on time. This is highly unprofessional and inappropriate. Don’t come here unless this is your only option for health care. I wish ASU will start allowing students to opt out of paying for this horrible clinic.
Most unfriendly doctors office I have ever been to. The only reason I keep going back is because you can’t opt out of paying for it in your tuition. Not very thorough, long wait times and I have been prescribed incorrect medications from them before. Would not recommend unless it’s your only option for healthcare.
