I had a very disappointing experience at ASU Health Services. The doctor I saw was unnecessarily rude and dismissive of my concerns. I came in because I've been experiencing ongoing leg pain and was genuinely looking for help, but I felt like the doctor barely listened to what I was saying or took my pain seriously. Instead of feeling supported or reassured, I left feeling frustrated and unheard. If you have another insurance besides ASU it’s better to avoid them
I was disappointed with my experience with RN Stacy and Dr. Slovak. They were pleasant and courteous, but I felt that my symptoms were not taken seriously. I was advised to rest + take DayQuil but my condition did not improve over the following days. I eventually sought care at another medical office, where my symptoms were properly evaluated and I was diagnosed and prescribed REAL medication.
