You know that feeling when you see the doctor walk in and you know right away that you're not going to receive any real care? I think the students here are just interrupting his time between him and his donuts...
The male NP that saw me told me he's never heard of eye pain before... Terrible experience. On another occasion they gave me the flu shot there and it hurt so bad. The moment I took off my bandage I noticed a lot of blood in it, that had never happened to me before.
The nurse there Trish is an absolute god send! She was so nice and caring! She was very informative and very genuine in how she handled me and my situation. I have a lot of worry when it comes to going to the doctor’s but she made me feel well taken care of and at ease. I loved her! Great experience! I will be going back for any of my medical needs because of how great her bed side manners are! God bless that woman!
I was afraid of being not attended well, but they know what they are doing and good customer service.
