Probably might be odd considering most reviews here are not so great. I had one to the sweetest and most professional physician (gynaecologist) attend to me during my visit. She was thorough, listened and explained everything to me. The same can’t said about the representative I talked to to book an appointment, very snobbish and unprofessional.
This is unacceptable. When a student is unwell on campus and no appointments are available, or when an appointment has been booked, your office fails to follow up with the student. I will be filing a complaint with the New York State Health Department and the Department of Education.ZERO STARSSSSSS
I went there to have my sleep issue fixed. But Dr. Kulsoom Shah not only gave me prescription and pills, but also cleared me of any fears. She is a great Doctor. I am thankful to her.
