Horrible service!!! I purchased a maintenance agreement on my washing machine which cost 1/3 of the cost of the appliance. I then had to wait over 2 weeks to get it fixed, and of course, they can't give you an exact time. They tell me 12-5pm, and they will give me a 30 minute window. I missed the call at 12:37 at work...called back when I realized at 1:15pm....They told me I had to RESCHEDULE!!! REALLY!!! My sister-in-law who lives next door would be right there to let them in. They don't show when you have an appointment for device work or they call and tell you something came up.the service sucks and the receptionist are very rude.I would not recommend this place at all.
We buy all our appliances here and they have great deals and service.
