I went in today with not a whole lot of hope if finding the fridge I was looking for. boy was I wrong! the sales gentleman who helped me (didn't catch his name) was amazing and I walked out today with a new fridge coming to me on Monday. I felt so relieved and there was no pressure to buy a more expensive fridge or anything. which I appreciated! I will definitely be back when I need other appliances

After a terrible experience with Home Depot. We were suggested to check out Stuckwisch Appliances here in Brownstown. So my husband went in and explained our nightmare with Home Depot and they had exactly what we wanted in stock and was more than happy to price match what we paid for Home Depot’s sale price! They even took our old ones like Home Depot was going to do! And was extremely nice!!! Thanks so much Stuckwisch Appliances! For turning our day around and making it right when a big retailer couldn’t!

In July we started to have an issue with our washer, in which we contacted Stuckwisch for repair. It’s now November and after several visits, we still don’t have a working washing machine. I spoke to them today and they offered to send another technician out in 2 weeks. I find this unacceptable as we paid them $225 for a service that has not been rendered. I asked for a refund and was denied because they’re “also out money.” I even offered to have that money credited towards another washer, and was denied. I’m currently wait... read more

called them last month to work on my 3yr old LG side by side..my husband told them on the phone it was an LG before they came out..when the tech showed up, he was here less than 5 min and told my husband they don't work on LG's because they are junk even though our fridge had a 5 yr manufacturer warranty....and today I recieved a bill for $55.00 for them to show up and tell me they don't work on LG's in person, when they could've done it over the phone for free....customer lost ...will never call them again
