Contacted Stucco Safe for an urgent inspection when we caught something right before closing. They got us scheduled quickly and were super patient when we had to work out some pushback from the seller's attorney. The inspector, Chris, was super thorough, honest about what needed to be addressed (and what would be over the top) plus provided some general advice on upkeep. Gabe was clear, quick and helpful when we needed a stucco inspection. We got on the phone same-day, he explained the process, and had a inspector/technician named Justin out the next day. Justin was great. Professional, knowledgable, on time, etc. He completed his work and its hard to tell where he even drilled. He explained the readings and his findings to me, and we got our full report the following morning. Overall great experience. Thanks for your quick help and professionalism/trustworthiness
My experience with Stucco Safe was great, From setting up appointment, speaking With the inspector who walked me through Everything he would be doing. I can’t Say enough about Stucco Safe, I would Certainly recommend them to anyone. I will also pass the word in my own Neighborhood, as we have a lot of Stucco in our section.
Outstanding work by this team from Gabe the owner and his thoroughness explaining in deep to detail everything related to stucco and our inspector, Justin who made two trips to ensure the best quality inspection. The detail on the report was outstanding and it really gave us valuable insight on our potential purchase of our new home.
