We absolutely love Stubby's! We've been going there for the past five years on Mother's Day as well as many a date night. We love the food (the fish tacos are amazing) the atmosphere is great and so are the drinks, as well the long list of beers...love that they have several dark beers to choose from...stouts and porters are my fav! Just wanted to have a huge shout-out for the owner and staff of Stubby's! We've been going there for the past five years on Mother's Day not to mention date nights with me and the wife. We love the food and the drinks every time have been hands down awesome. 12 oz. "Pints" served here Ordered a bottle of beer (12 oz.) and poured it into a "pint" glass. It filled it up. Thick bottom glasses that are not a 16 oz. pint. The manager was not happy that we pointed this out.
This place is the 2nd reason I visit Milwaukee because the 1st reason is for the breweries (of course!). I'm in love with the barley encrusted tuna sammy! It's perfect & so is the quality of the 53 beers that they have on tap. I look forward to my next visit! Thanks Stubbys :)
Had a great time here. We came from out of town and were very happy with the food, beer selection and service. Aaron at the bar was knowledgeable and friendly.
