The food is good, typical BBQ. You better know what you want before getting in line because you are terribly rushed and you may or may not have a seat when you get your food. The restaurant is very small. It was an experience but won't come again.
I needed catering for after my father's funeral, and they were unbelievably kind to me and my mother. The service is always top-notch, but to have everyone remember a customer for more than just an order is a rare thing in this world. Oh and the taste! There is a reason my dad went so much! Savory and delicious!

The best BBQ in the South!....and I've been eating it since the 60's
My husband, uncle and I came in here today to grab a bite to eat. We were in town because my father in law is in ICU at a local hospital, so my husband had urgently left work with his military uniform still on. The owner paid for our lunch. It was wonderful and totally unexpected but we were grateful seeing as this being an already tough day! My husband and I recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be back!
