I’ll change my star rating when you correct our appraisal. We’ve been waiting for over a month to have it corrected from a mistake made. Probably will take 5 min to fix but for some reason they can’t do it. We have 10 days to close on our house until we have to start the whole process over. Not happy!! PLEASE DO YOUR JOB! This is the only thing holding us up.
I'd give them no stars if i could. Nathan Stubbs got our HUD number wrong on our appraisal. After supposedly double checking his work it took a month of going through OTHER COMAPNIES to correct HIS mistake. I called his office and his secretary was IN CREDIBLY rude. If you are the type of person who would like a half decent, respectable conversation and information don't bother calling. She won't let you get a word in edgewise. Absolutely do not recommend all around.
