I truly wish I could award more than five stars. After a horrible experience trying to get treatment at Aspen, I contacted them this morning for a second opinion and explained my circumstances. The delightful lady on the phone consulted with the dentist and kindly asked me to come in immediately. Upon my arrival, I completed the necessary paperwork, and they promptly began their work. Dr. Yvonne Stubbs is my friend. I have come to consider her (and her wonderful assistant Jen) as my family. And if you knew the severity of my dental phobia before I walked into her office that first time, you'd understand why I feel this way. I had nothing but horrific dental experiences up to that point, and my poor, aging mouth and jaw had truly suffered the consequences. I had to have a lot of dental work done and originally went through Aspen Dental. The work is less than a year old and already needs to be redone. Any concerns I brought up were just dismissed. Scheduling was a nightmare. So my friend referred me here. No scheduling nightmares. All the staff is very kind and courteous. Excellent communication, whereas at Aspen, there was minimal communication. They didnt say much or make me feel at ease. Here, everyone is so kind and friendly.
