Poorly maintained and hallways rarely vacuumed or cleaned professionally. Outside of building has paint peeling, rotting wood, and woodpecker damage. Garage very dirty and has water damage. Maintenance was poor and our building had no residential house keeper. Cleaning standards were poor. Walking trail was neglected and not maintained. Questionable residents as police were at the complex too often.
