I had an appointment with Dr Strub to review DexaScan results and my results were devastating. For a 62 year old my lumber spine was that of a 70 year old and when I declined any drugs he asked why did I bother with the scan in the first place. So he would rather I wait to fracture a bone before finding out. Others have increased bone density using natural supplements and weight bearing exercises. If he had bothered to read the report his job was to help determine why the premature bone loss, but he just wants to skate and n... read more

I was referred to this office by my primary. I called the office. I was told they were booking appointments for August. I told the  girl I was speaking with that I had Health First Insurance. I asked her what my copay would be and to my surprise she said it would be whatever it says on my insurance card. I looked on my insurance card and it did not show a schedule for copays. I asked her again how much my copay would be and she said "you'll just have to call your insurance company to get that." I was taken aback and I said ... read more

I recently spent about 4 hours in the ER at Cape Canaveral Hospital. The people and attention were great. However I am appalled that the registrar comes in while a patient lying in ER ...in pain...nervous about prognosis...in between tests and they ask for payment right there and now. Not only did they ask the neighboring patient but also we were asked. There was a bill already on the text for $750. " within 15 of being there .You are lying there and they want to know if you want to take care of this bill now ? I asked ... read more

the worst service of this Doctor was 0% empathy and 0% professionalism, NEVER go to see her, she doesn't know how to treat her patients, she is so rude and grocery and she doesn't have the correct manners to talk and ask about the symptoms of her patients neither. Definitely the WORST doctor in the city

Absolutely awful experience of one week hospital stay. Other than a few very wonderful nurses, I will just make a few quick bullet points without a lot of detail Communications between staff was awful After 3 improper discharges, while waiting for one last test that got lost in the system, final discharge was marked AMA which messes up insurance, followups, etc Reasons for being brought there by ambulance changed with every discharge which created insurance and followup nightmare Ability to reach a human after discharge is n... read more

DONT EVER take your kids and o this emergency room. I took my 11 month old here because it’s Saturday and his doctor isn’t open today. My baby hasn’t been able to keep anything down since 3 am, we waited an hour to get checked in with the nurse and after checking in with the nurse she told me “he looks fine right now we have to move around people and discharge so it will be a little bit” so we had to go back to the waiting room, which wouldn’t be a problem but then the next 3 people that got there long after me went to check... read more

Soooo, 2 days after I bring my mother to the ER for a possible pulmonary embolism (which she didn't have, thank goodness), I'm heading back with my step-father who turns out to have a partial bowel blockage. Hell of a week. Once again, though, triage comes out to see him within 15 minutes of walking in the door. 15 minutes after that, he is in an exam room, and they are taking blood because they are going to order an abdomen CT and we need labs back before they can do it. He ended up spending 3 days there, and except hav... read more

Excellent experience from beginning to end. The waiting room was crowded and I thought we'd be there forever before being seen, but we were called in to triage within 15 minutes or so. Within 20 minutes I was in a room and a nurse and the ER doc had been in, had my vitals done, an IV put in, and my history taken. Blood was taken and within an hour the blood results were back and I was taken for my CT. The ER doc looked at the CT and came in to reassure me he saw nothing serious, but we had to wait for the radiologist read... read more
