Dr. Hilliard was able to assess, diagnose and treat my hand injury within a week. Three different doctors had previously given me conflicting diagnoses resulting in 6 months of pain.
Dr. Hilliard is very knowledgeable and informative. He diagnosed my issue quickly, administered treatment, and told me exactly what to expect. He explained my condition in terms I understood and answered all of my questions clearly and completely. Wait time was not long at all and he and his office staff are extremely friendly, professional and cheerful. Dr. Hilliard definitely gets my recommendation and I've already referred a co-worker to him.
Dr. Hilliard and staff are concerned and compassionate while very professional. He listens very well, explains thoroughly and discusses all options. His treatment techniques are excellent. I am referring my wife to Dr. Hilliard. That is trust.
Dr. Hilliard and his staff are absolutely wonderful. There could not be a better hand doctor than Dr. Hilliard. He and his staff are kind, considerate and very caring. The actually care about you and what you are going through. Your care is not about them...it is about you and that is hard to find these days! Had it not been for Dr. Hillliard and what I was going through with another doctor, I do not know if my hand would have ever gotten better. He and his team are First Class!!!
I saw Dr. Hilliard for the first time this week. They were very nice to work me in because I was in pain. His staff is very wonderful. They were very efficient but friendly. He was great at listening and then explaining all the treatment options available to me. I would highly recommend this office.
Dr Hilliard has been my doctor for a number of years. I have referred numerous family members and they all think he's great. He listens, doesn't rush explanations and makes sure you understand all information about your condition. His staff is always warm and friendly.
I was set for surgery on 10/31/17. I arrived at the surgery center and was told the surgery would last no more than 30 minutes. I was prepped for surgery & an IV was started. The nurse asked me about meds I was on and when I told her I was getting over a staph infection 3 weeks ago, that was all she needed to hear. After almost 2 hours of waiting for Dr. Hilliard, he came to see me. Asked to look at where the infection was. Then told me I would have to wait 2 more hours! I was too through
We really appreciate Dr. Hilliard. He got us in quickly and resolved the majority of the issues.
Dr. Hillards was exceptional. He explains everything very well. and takes the time to answer questions. His staff was wonderful, courteous and super efficient. I would recommend this office to anyone.
