Going to the GI Doctor is never going to be fun, but Dr. Thomas was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommended.
Dr. Thomas is a great doctor, he is very compassionate, but his office staff alone is enough to keep me from ever recommending someone see him. I had an insurance issue that, over the course of 2 months, they did not solve despite repeated phone calls and requests. I was not called to be updated and as a result, I would think it was handled when it wasn’t (because they told me they would handle it), only to be surprised when I showed up the pharmacy. Dr. Thomas is a great doctor! I just wish he was more talkative 😅
This doctor is a joke! I had a serious medical problem that his recommendation was for me for wait and let it go away. I was in tears because this doctor doesnt care about patients medical treatment. Creepy, rude , not personable. Do not go here.
