I wasn’t even able to be seen by the doctor, but I still want to acknowledge the scheduling process was frustrating and disorganized. I initially had to reschedule due to work. When I booked a second appointment which was another month out. I was not informed until they called to confirm that the doctor runs behind schedule so much so that I wouldn’t get seen during my time scheduled, which required me to reschedule again. Sometimes you may have to wait a while but it's worth it. Dr. Bernstein is one of the most thorough and caring doctors that I've ever met. I can't say anything negative about him. GREAT!!
