very unprofessional I can’t even imagine how the people there work customer service one of the guys was literally on a personal phone call with airbuds in while helping me not to mention he was in basketball shorts and had an attitude

I avoid going here now after finding Midwest Hose & Specialty. The customer service is 100% better, they keep more items in stock and when you need to order something the turn around time is always much quicker, the prices are also better.
