RecommendedMUST READ I am forever indebted to Dr.cloke. I have not been to a dentisit for routine work in a shameful 7 years due to a severe anxiety. I recently had a mishap as a result of poor oral care and split a front tooth vertically in half. That being said I NEEDED to get an appointment ASAP. Well the first crown had a defect I go next week to have another milled and fitted
I received new dental insurance from my employer, I gave Dr. Wieder's staff my new insurance information and was never told that they do not accept that insurance. I received a bill in the mail the other day, I called the office and the receptionist was beyond rude to me and told me that it was my responsibility to check with them to make sure that they take that particular insurance. Had I known that it was not accepted I would have never had my teeth cleaned.
Amazing- got me in at a moments notice! Everything is amazingly spotless, all the staff was professional and took great care especially The Dentists........ clean and friendly office- The military had did a number on my teeth- had trauma from blast to left side of face and they extracted the tooth in record time and without pain!!!! Thanks again for EVERYTHING!!!!
