They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The office was easy enough to find. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me
They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. DR. STEINBERG HAS ALWAYS HELPED ME. I WAS SENT TO OTHER DR.'S BY MY HMO & THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEMS.
Does this provider treat their staff well? Kind of, but not very well Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Dr. Steinberg was the only physician who was able to help me with an acute case of plantar fasciitis. He tried more conservative options before proceeding with custom orthotics, and cortisone injections. He never suggested surgery, and was always ready and able to help me with any problems. I have referred friends and work associates to him and they have always been happy with his treatment of their ailments. I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Steinberg for over 20 years. In fact he is the only Podiatrist I will see. I moved to Colorado in 2004, but when I come to Burbank to see family I try to schedule an appointment with Dr, Steinberg. He has treated me for many sprained ankles, heel pain, and my super flat feet. I only trust him with my feet & ankles. He has never steered me wrong.
