I have been in this office with my client several times. Office is always late, office staff more concerned with chatting among themselves. Dr Krost is great, very caring. Office staff terrible. I tried to cancel an appt and they would not let me, I explained she would not be there and the female on the phone stated they would charge her for a missed appt! I asked to speak to the office manager, she refused to let me!
I’m Dr Krost paciente for 26 yrs! This a first time the I see the something is going on. Publix reduce to fill my prescription from Dr Krost. And not just that ; but on Monday the 21 2025 , I was in his office in the office the just to be pack at all times. This theme was about 6 people at the office. This office has the worst receptionist I have experienced in my entire life and I am in my 50’s. She answers the phone with no greeting whatsoever, no response to say PLEASE HOLD, she just throws every single call on hold and leaves you there. Not to mention she will hang up on you. Dr Krost if you are reading this PLEASE FIRE YOUR RECEPTIONIST. You are definitely losing business because of her. Do better please
After being a patient of Dr. Krost for several years, I was abruptly informed by Publix Pharmacy that they would no longer fill his prescriptions. They refused to elaborate, but their tone and reaction were deeply unsettling. I was left scrambling to find a new pharmacy and had to pay out-of-pocket at a compounding pharmacy just to continue my medication without interruption. Dr. Kost was very rude after I had waited a month for the apt & waiting room for 3 hours just to be seen for 2 minutes and dismissed. I asked questions & he raised his voice at me. Total waste of time. Do not go there! I love my other doctors, he should take notes
