After being a patient of Dr. Krost for several years, I was abruptly informed by Publix Pharmacy that they would no longer fill his prescriptions. They refused to elaborate, but their tone and reaction were deeply unsettling. I was left scrambling to find a new pharmacy and had to pay out-of-pocket at a compounding pharmacy just to continue my medication without interruption. Dr. Kost was very rude after I had waited a month for the apt & waiting room for 3 hours just to be seen for 2 minutes and dismissed. I asked questions & he raised his voice at me. Total waste of time. Do not go there! I love my other doctors, he should take notes
Once I got in to see the Dr it was an amazing experience. The young lady that worked with me was so thorough I was amazed. She spent a long time with me checking on every aspect of My health over my life. Also checking all the spots where I had pain. Dr Krost came in and went over her notes. He was very caring and Gave me a shot which didn’t hurt. His bedside manner is so much better than doctors I have dealt with. Definitely recommend this practice.
After 4 years in treatment or abuse because the environment in the office is bad, in pharmacies they do not accept DR Krost, only very few and to top it off when I met him, wao I had never met a doctor so racist with Hispanic people and with Hispanic employees all puppets of a racist boss. i don’t recommend this place to nobody.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR(SCAM) THE OFFICE DOES NOT INFORM YOU THE DOCTOR CANT FILL AT NO BIG PHARMACIES. I SPENT OVER $360 DOLLARS JUST TO NOT BE ABLE TO FILL MY MEDICATIONS.
