Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Not at all; the equipment is dangerous! Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable

They were decent, but not very affordable

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!
