My friend's mother is not being treated well at this residence. We have found the staff to be unprofessional and uncaring towards this elderly resident and we are very disappointed with the level of care she is receiving. We regret placing her here and are trying to move her to a better place.
A very close friend who lives in this residence is experiencing trouble with lack of maintenance of the air conditioning creating great discomfort during high temperatures in May.Be more compassionate!!!!
Very old. But care for our seniors are great there . Staff very nice.
