Ordered an ice bath, never received it and never received a refund. After multiple attempts to contact them by phone and email, they continually made up reasons why it hadn't been shipped, after previously telling me it had been. Absolute joke of a company. Liars. Give me my money back.

Bought the Stryke Pro for almost $400 and the massage gun failed after 10 months and they do not response to email quickly. I contacted the company as it was under warranty and was told to send a video of the issue and then instructed to sent the faulty unit back which i did along with an image of the parcel and tracking number. After 4 weeks of no response, I send an email requesting an update and was asked to send the tracking number (which i did again).
