The last two times I have came here to eat the first time I order the pulled pork waffle ff and was told they couldn’t make them on waffle ff so I just got bacon cheese fries came in tonight order the pulled pork fries she comes back and says on we just run out so the last to times I have been here I can’t get what I ordered just I will just have to start going somewhere since they never have what you want here
Service friendly and good food!
Our waitress was sweet, but couldn't stay off her phone or away from chatting with other employees to work our table. We asked for crispy bacon and crispy wings. The bacon was pretty much raw. She came to our table after we had been there an hour and a half and still had not gotten our food to tell us the kitchen was "holding our wings another 5 minutes to be sure they were extra crispy." We took our son, who has Autism. He loves the chicken tenders & fries at Struts. When it became crowded inside, our son started getting alittle upset, and our sweet waitress was very attentive to make sure our son had everything he needed so he would be ok, even with the noisy crowd. She was very nice, & helpful & as always, the food was delicious. We definitely recommend Struts.
This is our second time visiting this location. The first time was a disaster and tonight wasn't any better! We had a to go order that was suppose to ready in 20 minutes; it took 50 minutes! We normally visit the Jacksonville location but used the Oxford location because we were visiting friends in Oxford. Never again...get it together!
