I went to wash off already struck roadkill after a night of working. It was 7 in the morning on a Sunday, the machine wouldn't charging my ! I called the # on bldg & spoke to a human. Said "how much do YOU NEED back?" 🤔 Said they'd credit me, email me... Never happened. Called 2 days later, same response, but w a "itll be out back on the card". Never heard word again! A $4 wash ended up me out & worried cuz the machine STILL ran as I drove away! ! SAS? Where's that call back? Where's my overcharge & hey, maybe a free wash... read more
This car wash sucks I paid 18 dollars and when I left and got home the spots on my car were still there will not be going back ever.
Customer service, spoke with Jack. I had an issue with the self serve bay. No water pressure. So I put my debit card in since I was out of quarters and ones, not knowing how much more I would use. It was a 16.00 charge on my card. Plus the $4.00 cash i used. And I still had soap on my truck. I was refunded my fees and granted a code for a free wash. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you struthers auto wash.
I don’t no exactly what happened when we took car through but it missed the whole top half. Not going there no more 🤮🤮
