I can't say enough about how thoughtful and efficient the staff and dentists are. When I e-mailed my emergency (bridge fell out!) at 5:30 on Monday, I was thinking it would take a while to hear back. No -- at 7:30 the next morning they called, made an appointment for me at 2:00 that afternoon, and in less than 24-hours I was back to normal (so-to-speak). Thank you, All!

I gave Elmbrook a 5 star because I am Very pleased and satisfied. Dr. Tran and the always make me feel comfortable and valued. I think their skill and knowledge is tops. I would say, "well done!"

During a cleaning visit, it was discovered I had a cracked tooth...and knowing that I would dread having to wait and come back to have that taken care of....Dr. Hackbarth got me in immediately to have it addressed...saving me from worrying about it....I know...call me a wimp, but I hate going to the dentist even though there was no pain....it's that chance that there might be pain.....ufdah.....Thanks Doc!!
