I have lived in one of Structure Properties buildings in Oakland for 4 months its been hell. I live downstairs from crack heads that fight and scream, stomp, overturn furniture daily. I have complained many times to managers with no results. They seem more concerned about keeping my 1900.00 deposit. I would rather give it to lawyer to sue the Slum lords.
