When it comes to massages I'm pretty picky and after moving to a new town it takes going through a few different massage therapists before finding the right one. Now that I'm in San Diego, I'm thrilled to have found Henry! He is absolutely amazing...incorporating techniques from deep tissue, swedish, sports and yoga/stretches. I can't say enough wonderful things about him. Book a massage and see for yourself! :-)
I highly recommend you see Henry if you've experienced any kind of injury, are recovering from surgery, or simply just want your body to be able to perform at its peak performance. He is highly knowledgeable about the human anatomy - specifically interpreting pain and where in the body it originates. His methods of releasing the source of pain are so effective and minimally uncomfortable. After just 1 session I felt such relief from the pain I experienced from a meniscus surgery!
I’ve been going to Henry for over a year now and can confidently recommend him to any one interested in Rolfing. He is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to listen to your concerns and tailors each session to your body’s needs.
