Due to an insurance change, I needed to go to St Marks. First time walking in the front doors, people seemed happy, professional and looking to serve. I have had 3 procedures done at St Marks and cannot say enough good things about the hospital, people, Dr , Nurses, Admin. All fantastic. I highly recommend St.Marks, their Heart Center and orthopedic center for any procedure.
There's never been any waiting. People have always been courteous and answered all my questions in a very kind way that I could understand.
From receptionist to medical assistant and nurse, to experienced Doctor. Great experience of welcome, kindness and careing. Doctor was very interested on my condition not as a number but as human being. Thank you all!
The personal are fantastic as well as professional no matter the results you are always treated well.
