Structural Design Associates have screwed up multiple times with small and big projects when I was working as an Architect. I kept giving them small projects on the side and the still F up. The last project I gave them I dropped off revisions on a CD disk with pictures which the lost and designed the wrong deck. They had already charged my client and would admit to their mistake.
