I grew up in Manhattan Beach with Bryn and Robb and would not use any other realtor, especially for the beachside walk streets where our property was. They understand the tension between saying goodbye to one's childhood home (it will be scraped) and wanting to strike a fair deal for the lot. Do not do a real estate deal without at least talking with them...you will not regret it! (but may if you use someone else ;-)
Responsiveness to our requests were appreciated and expertise in real estate--local and big picture-- was invaluable. They are definitely my go-to team.
