Dr. Sho up is very professional, courteous and extremely thorough. I was very impressed with his knowledge, people skills and surgical experience. I am very pleased that he is doing my upcoming surgery.
Dr Stroup was one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. He had all of my records available and discussed the results of tests that had been performed. He explained my options and consequences in a clear, understandable manner. Even though I will not be needing his surgical services, if I did, I would feel confident that he would be a good choice.His staff were friendly, competent, and professional.
The front desk people are aloof and uncaring to the point of being rude. The doctor is fine but I dread calling the office for anything.
Dr Stroup explained my condition clearly and answered all questions I had. He acknowledged when I had a correct view, and did not hesitate to help me understand it more accurately
Absolutely excellent care. Issues were discussed candidly and carefully.
The admin and nursing staff provided excellent care. Dr Stroup excellently communicated the entire process of my upcoming surgery. I feel very confident with the entire Newberg surgery team.
