Dr Stroup was one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. He had all of my records available and discussed the results of tests that had been performed. He explained my options and consequences in a clear, understandable manner. Even though I will not be needing his surgical services, if I did, I would feel confident that he would be a good choice.His staff were friendly, competent, and professional.
The front desk people are aloof and uncaring to the point of being rude. The doctor is fine but I dread calling the office for anything.
Dr Stroup explained my condition clearly and answered all questions I had. He acknowledged when I had a correct view, and did not hesitate to help me understand it more accurately
