Great place. Good customer service. Always a good selection of new and used gear at a good price.
Last few times I went in to the place looking for equipment they were pretty rude. I would ask for specific equipment such as wireless triggers and they said they won't carry it cause they don't make money on it so keep your flash on camera and walk away from me. The second time I went in looking for a soft box one guy came over as I asked what kind they have and he just pointed and walked away to finish his coffee.
