Was in shop today , Dave the owner so nice so helpful and gave me a great deal on a nice vintage Nikon 135 for my Sony A7II! Great shop wonderful selection and knowledgeable ! I will be purchasing From Dave again great to find a local seller!

Been a customer at Stroud Foto since 1970.... bought many a camera, lens, and especially service ( !!! ). Never once was I disappointed. Dave ( and his Mom & Dad before him ) and Eric were ALWAYS friendly, courteous, and helpful... even when I didn't spend a dime that particular visit. Great place to browse, talk, and even buy Photo equipment.... and rarely more expensive than "mail order" from B&H or Adorama !!
They are just the best camera shop ever! I’ve been buying cameras from them for over 40 years and they have always been helpful, knowledgeable, and just good friends to boot!
I've purchased from BHPhoto and Adorama in the past and I've never had a bad experience with either. Ironically, this is the problem with both, never a bad experience and conversely never a great one either. The latter is the standard the Stroudsburg Foto Shop sets. I've only visited this shop about 5 times, so far. In each case I was greeted by friendly staff who took the time to answer my questions, let me window shop, offer equipment tips, demonstrate products and provide expert hands-on help.
