Very unsatisfied! Doctor cannot remember anything...will not refill prescriptions when he tells you he will. Had my mom in for a check up and told us just to call in refill request and then he denies it (4 times!). Arrogant and uncaring to say the least!!! Staff is RUDE and you will NEVER hear back from any results of blood work...calling does no good either. Go somewhere else!!!
I would recommend Dr. Stroud. I am a fairly new patient to Dr. Stroud. I moved here from another state and was concerned about finding a new Dr. Dr. Stroud's staff was friendly and I was able to get an appointment with him in a timely manner. Dr. Stroud was personable and patiently answered my questions. He seemed very interested in my history and understanding of my concerns. I would highly recommend him. Dr. Robert Stroud - Thumbs UP! I give Dr. Stroud 5 Stars, due to the fact that I have chronic health issues & have seen dozens of Physicians. The WAIT TIME in his office is exceptionally MINIMAL, he NEVER RUSHES during YOUR time with him, he LISTENS to all of your concerns, he ADDRESSES each concern, he NEVER simply throws medication at you as an answer, nor does he withhold medication, if you really need it. I could go on... but I think that expresses my regard for him. I personally feel he is one of the best out there.
Great Dr, different from the rest~ I feel Dr. Stroud is an outstanding Doctor. Unfortunately, I have to see MANY physicians, due to my health issues, and I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Stroud. The wait time is nil (5 minutes almost every single time!), and he ALWAYS takes his time, never rushes, and completely addresses EVERY concern I have. Great Doctor..for idiots This "drug dealer" prescribes medication KNOWING THAT IT WILL CAUSE HARM AND ILL and cause further required medical treatment due to this "medicinal snake oil".
Dr Robert L Stroud Dr Stroud is an excellent doctor. I have been seeing him regularly for 15 years. I never wait more than 5 or 10 minutes before he sees me. I never have trouble getting appointments in the mornings as long as I book them a few weeks in advance. When I am sick I can get in right away but not necessarily in the mornings. When I have something outside his area of specialty he refers me to a specialist.
Good Doctor Been going to Dr Stroud for 20 years now. Never have to wait more than 15 minutes. Can always get in the same day if I'm sick. They are kind of slow to follow up though. PROS: Always sees me when I need a Doctor CONS: Slow with results and such
A I was very pleased with Dr. Stroud, himself. His staff seemed a little inept, i.e. I was using a local address (I'm from out of town) and put "c/o" and the gal didn't know what that meant. I needed a physical. The wait time wasn't bad at all. Dr. Stroud spent a lot of time with me. He didn't seem hurried and didn't hurry me. One problem, I was told I'd get a call with my results. Dr. Robert Stroud I have experienced the same wait time with Dr. Stroud. Count on at the very least an hour wait. And what I find amazing is that the Dr. or staff never offers any apologies or explanations for running behind. When I have expressed my frustration they offer suggestions on other times in the week that are not as busy. I have booked those appointments with always the same result.
