I recently saw Dr Strother and was immediately put off by his abrasive and pompous communication. He was aggressive and devalued everything I said/thought. To say I felt uncomfortable is an understatement. He may be a good dermatologist but certainly is lacking in communication skills and respect for patients. Not posting this to badmouth him, but honestly wanted to put a warning out so other's don't experience the same shocking experience that I did, or at least they have an idea of what to expect so it's not so upsetting. ... read more
He is quick but thorough and explains diagnoses and treatment options well; personable manner and clearly engaged and interested in his specialty. Very pleased to have found him; also helpful that he is technically savvy and did telehealth appointments during COVID.
Recommended2 skin issues plagued me for years. Poorly & incorrectly diagnosed. I almost cancelled my appointment with Dr Strother thinking it would be another deadens for another incurable outcome. WRONG! So glad I went. He is amazing! Instantly knew what the issues were & I'm on a plan to remediate. Sadly, both are rare diseases but we can stop the progression now thanks to him. I was amazed at how patient and kind Robin was. she really knows her job. and has killer people skills. I will most definitely be back.
Was an excellent choice for treating my daughters acne. Awesome at communicating directly with her in the various treatment decisions.
Dr Strother is a wonderful physician, and everything you'd want in a dermatologist. His staff is also fantastic.
I was just reminded today how fortunate I feel to have found a center that has professional caring providers that actually treat their patients. Turned away from another office without follow up I came here with all my sun damage. The work that Dr. Strother and Dr. Neill have done has shown how care and concerns are met with complete overall success.
