I have a 2005 Cadillac SRX and brought it in at approximately 8:20 to get signal light and fog light bulbs. I was told it would be 2 hours in which I know is true because you have to drop the bumper to replace bulbs. At about 10:15 I was told only 20 minutes. It is now 11:48 and I am still being told 20 minutes. I guess it was a bad idea to bring it here....they should have told me if they weren’t able to do the job. Not very true to their word. Live 60 miles away, after 1st trip the salesman agreed to hold vehicle until I could drive back out the next day. Text me the morning of saying he sold it already...didn’t even offer to show me anything else.

Candi was terrific and made my buying a vehicle in a long time exceptional. If in the future when I need another vehicle or a friend/family member is looking for a vehicle I will definitely send them to Candi and Strosnider Chevrolet. I brought my car in for body work, Mr. Banks took very good care of me, car was fixed on time and excellent work, Scott & Jeremy both made my experience very easy.
