I've come here simply for lab work and quite frankly I've noticed, as others have pointed out, that the staffing here is not very good the registration took far too long she had trouble finding me in their system I've been to southwest dozens of times for many things she eventually stumbled upon it. My arm was dripping blood after my blood draw it was a mess. I'm never coming back to Strongsville again.
I can only review the lab because I have only come for bloodwork, but both times I ran into incompetence from the staff and issues in registration. What should be an easy in and out took well over 40min.
Front desk and the ultrasound tech were nice! Everything went quick and efficient.
Always friendly and quick. Never had issue here.
