Lala & Jerry went above and beyond to connect me with a trainer for my specific requests. After months of stalling out, I am seeing consistent and progressive results. Alfa is incredibly patient trainer + coach, addressing my concerns and explaining detailed fitness and nutrition advice. Very grateful to have found this place. Would highly recommend.

A hidden gem that I discovered via ClassPass. Strong House is a great gym with a friendly and supportive community. It's never intimidating and the owner and trainers are all very friendly but don't pressure. It's a no judgment zone and the equipment is all clean and always available no matter when I go. Can't recommend Strong House more!
Excellent gym! It has everything you need, plus some extra stuff you didn't even know you needed. The trainers are great too, especially Courage - he is very knowledgable, works to understand your goals, and can help you reach your best performance.
