I want to tell you all something yeah I lost 21lbs 10.7% bf and 16.25" in the challenge and a total of 45lbs since March but It would not have been at all possible with Jay Soileau, the SBF TEAM and My family for pushing me to it. But to Jay for opening this awesome gym and making it what it is without this gym I would still be at 265lbs and not in shape this is by far the best gym around if you like to see change and commit to a life style change this is where to be I love this gym it's the best. SBF THE PLACE TO BE!! ���
