To say that training with Mitzi changed my life completely would be something of an understatement. To say that in all likelihood, she saved my life would be closer to accurate. I have been seeing mitzy for a year now! I went from going once a week to 3 times a week for 30-45 minutes. She is welcoming, flexible and her gym is definitely a judge free zone! The changes in my physical and mental health have been overwhelming in the best of ways. I cannot thank her enough for giving me the confidence I once had with my pre-pregancy body. I have made great friends over the last year! Again, I cannot thank her enough for being the best coach I've ever had!

Mitzi is an excellent personal trainer and leads by example. She listens, observes, and creatively brings out the best in me during every session. Skilled, empathetic, and clearly loves what she does. Highly recommend Mitzi.
