They don't treat their customers well. They trade you off from one agent to the other, but none of them will actually help you. I've spent days waiting on calls back from them, and email correspondence, just to remove a driver from my policy. They change their company policies every week it seems like, and the customers just have to deal with it. They blew up my phone when they wanted me to renew my policy with them, but they delay helping me when I actually need it. Thanks Maira. Way too much trouble than their worth
