Tried to contact this agency (Justin Hardman) about a listing. I called both numbers, no answer and one had a full voice mailbox. Contacted through email, Trulia, and Zillow with no replies. I looked up the license number to see if it was legit since I was already experiencing red flags, and it turns out the guy has a history of disciplinary action against his license. I haven't been a client, just a prospective renter, and even without first hand experience of working with him, I would suggest staying away.
This company is full of it, Justin is friendly at first. Once you drop your deposit money off, you won't here a word back from them. He told me I'm good and the apartment is pretty much mines but started ignoring my calls. When I called from someone else's phone he answered. Don't waste your time nor money. I'm pregnant, why play games?
