We purchased a bed 10 years ago. It is our guest bed and our company raves about how comfortable it is every time. Still comfortable after 10 years! Recently purchased another for our master bedroom. It arrived quickly. I immediately woke up after day one with no hip, back, shoulder pain. This mom of 2 says Thank You for the best sleep I have had in years!
Purchased a hard sided 1800 dual (two separate mattress for individual heater control) mattress set about 3 years ago. I keep the conditioner up to date. Today a pin hole leak started where the mattress liner had become brittle. NO WAY this should have happened. Have been a waterbed users for decades so I know how to take care of them. Advertise waterbed but is really mail order very unfriendly and not helpful.
This companies products are junk...i spent around $1000 just on a twin bed(that was at a discount even) and it started falling apart immediately..The latex part started coming off in chunks and the cover started ripping at the seems, they did replace those parts after alot of calls/emails, however the exact same happened with the new ones, took alittle longer this timebc i had stopped using the bed bc it started getting too soft as the latex and foam layers broke down i guess, they basically told me that was normal and would... read more
