The office staff is fun and friendly and the hygienists are careful and competent. We appreciate Dr. Strobel's careful work and willingness to discuss all matters related to oral health. He is open to conversation regarding alternative treatments and his calm demeanor is reassuring. We have been patients of his team for decades and appreciate their professionalism.
Excellent care - efficient and comfortable.
Took my 5 year old in to have a loose baby tooth pulled and Dr. Strobel came in, took a quick glance and said 'It'll come out on its own'. Two-minute visit, without a cleaning or x-rays, and I got sent a bill for $63 two days later. Unbelievable!
The front desk staff is friendly and engaging but Dr. Strobel has poor bedside manner.
