My daughter came to Strive with a fractured ankle and torn ligament. The care has been amazing! Everyone we have encountered, from the front desk to the Physical Therapists, have been patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. After being cleared by Othro, it was the decision of Strive to clear my daughter back to playing basketball as we were still on our PT journey. I finally reached out to strive after learning my insurance would be accepted here for my lower back and I am grateful I did. I didn’t know if I was “bad enough” to get PT and had put it off for so long until I had enough of just getting through it and unable to do basic tasks at 10%. I think I’ve interacted with just about every therapist and receptionist at Strive PT at this point and honestly I’ve got nothing but good things to say. Everyone there is ridiculously friendly, super knowledgeable, and always up for a good conversation—whether it’s about recovery progress or the Avalanche's goaltending problems. I called to make an appointment and the person at the front desk was not friendly or helpful. They told me I needed to come in to register before I could make an appointment and even when I went in the person at the front desk was not friendly or helpful.
